     Annual Meeting

The Museum’s Annual Meeting for the membership is held every January at the Villa Chanticleer. The event is a pot luck dinner, and members are advised as to what to bring through the Museum’s Newsletter. The Annual Meeting is the venue for the election of the new officers and board members. It is also a chance for the Historical Society President and Executive Director to report on Museum activities for the past year, staff changes, its fundraising and marketing efforts, and the vision for the year. The Research Curator reports on the exhibits, collections, and education programs, and the Research Library and Archives. The Annual Meeting is a chance for members to learn about the state of the Museum, and to hear the exciting developments at the Museum - both changes over the course of the past year, and the plans in store for the future.
