Oral history is the collection of first-person narratives from living people about their own experiences. The staff and trained volunteers of the Healdsburg Museum and Historical Society have recorded and transcribed many hours of oral history interviews to obtain testimonies about past events and ways of life. Volunteers willing to learn how to record and transcribe oral history interviews are always needed.
