Ed Langhart, for whom this dinner was named, was the longtime
City Clerk and then City Manager. An archivist and historian, Ed
dedicated his life to collecting and preserving local artifacts
and promoting the history of Healdsburg. In 1976, he led the drive
to establish the Healdsburg Museum and the Historical Society.
When the Museum moved to its present quarters, Ed was honored as
its founder with the monument on the front lawn.
Invitations to the Langhart Award dinner will be mailed in the
second week of April. It’s a great evening but seating is limited.
Do send your response in early. |
