And The Winners Are !!
By Al Loebel
The Instant Wine Cellar is history for another year. The 22 drawings worth a total of $12,700, were held on October 15, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the garden behind the Museum. Susan Jones, Healdsburg Police Chief, did the honors by starting the drawings. A crowd of about 75 people showed up in hopes of being among the lucky winners. Here are the prizes, and the winners. A few interesting tidbits: The grand prize winner is our new Curator’s Mother-In-Law. How’s that for getting on her good side? The Mini IWC winner is said to be one of the gals on the "almost nude" calendar that got all of that press recently. Of course, Bob Rawlins is our very own President. And finally, Steve Perkins is the very capable publisher of our Russian River Recorder.
